    Looking at the map I can't figure out where I'm supposed to go to get into the new area. Unless I'm going to have to do the quest by the Twain house.

    just follow the path from lutho to the void valley, it will abruptly stop on spikey terrain in the void valley, you gotta do the a journey further to access the eldritch dungeon
