Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking To Improve My Melee Mage Build For 1.19 Update

I had this build for a while, focusing entirely on melee and nothing on spells in most occasions. However, I might have seen some builds that are the same as mine, but different gears and improved DPS. Mine is somewhat lower and may use some improvement to DPS and maybe at least one gear could change its stats to where my gears could be unequipped upon logging in. If this build is alright and so is the DPS, then I guess I don't really have to do anything.

Any changes I can make? Are there any items that I currently have now that will be changed in the 1.19 update as for stats in general? (I know some gears could change like mythic weapons may have their own special spells built-in.)

EDIT: I should’ve added a note of Legendary Island gears. I won’t accept them adding to my build unless it might be the only way to go with it anyway.

the boots are the fabled armor piece from the hunter’s calling quest

 

Could I assume the stats are fixed and no way of modifying them? I've actually never heard of this "fabled" tier and I apologize for being behind on the new stuff coming.

Can we just take a minute to realize that boots blew all other spell damage boots hella high out of the water ._.

 

There are literally no raw spell boots. Memento is the best one while it is not rly a pure damage booster

steamjet is still stronger for some weapons and provides agi points, but then there’s the hp difference, no req, elemental defences
