Just a numbering gimmick. It's not supposed to exist, so no part about it is "clean" numbers, essentially. That's it.

What are the options supposed to be for fire tierstack? Now that thanos is gone and centipede is -def there aren't many choices. The only defense tierstack piece is burnout. The rest are combinations of E/T/A (except the neutral COI and Knucklebones, lol)

Breezehands: Thunder/Air
Diamond Static Necklace: Thunder
Physalis: Earth/Thunder
Horizon: Earth/Air
Leictreach Makani: Thunder/Air
Static-Charged Leggings: Thunder
Quick Strike Leggings: Thunder
Leggings of Haste: Air
Accelerator: Thunder/Air (no reqs, but same slot as burnout)
Battleground Dancer: Earth/Air
Heartbreak: Thunder
Clock Boots: Neutral (Worst -melee of them all and little hp)
Nephilim: Thunder/Air

And the 2 biggest boosters are locked behind E/T/A:
Centipede: Earth/Thunder/Air (-def sp)
Twilight Cloak: Earth/Thunder/Air (huge benefits, locked out of fire builds with -def sp)

There are many interchangeable options to tierstack effectively if your weapon is Earth, Thunder, or Air. Fire is pretty much stuck piggybacking off them and struggles to reach +6. Can't there be a fire oriented leggings or helmet option?

 

you can go for Earth Fire Air
Horizon: Earth/Air
Burnout: Fire
CUR set bracelet + ring: Fire (+1 tier from set)

with this you can make normal into super fast, and along with all the +raw melee EFA gives, it will also pack quite a bit of punch
but sadly apoc tierstack will be gone

 

Nowhere near the 6 you need for superslow. The best 2 tierstack pieces are locked out of fire, and there is only 1 piece that specializes in fire. I have a plethora of options to build with E, T, or A weapons: after centi and twilight I get to pick 2 pieces out of the whole list for the last +2, and 2 slots out of leggings/boots/ring/necklace. There should be options for fire.

 

well there's also chestplate of ineptude +1 tier I forgot, +4 is good enough. I also don't think the IMs didn't intend fire to be tier-stackable as easy with this new hive combo change

 

There’s a new helmet 40def45dex req that has like 300 ls at max and +10 def with 3.3k hp and also +1 tier
There’s a new set(ring and bracelet) fire based that wearing 2(ring ring/bracelet ring) gives 1 tier and 8ws I believe
Coi exists but i still think there should be a fire Chestplate with +tier

new helmet,coi, burnout,horizon
+breezehands+new ring and bracelet
+any necklace of choice
that’s 6 tiers
I will say that it is kind of more annoying for fire tierstack to be built. apoc’s buff should cover it, but I’m not sure about flameshot. (should be the same really)

 

I'm looking forward to seeing that helmet then. Ring/bracelet set sounds lackluster compared to breezehands and to dstatic unless there are some other stats, though. It would be nice to have a leggings choice too, but you can tri-element with thunder and something else to fit something in.

Though of course, when I'm building earth or thunder tierstack I have to choose which pieces I don't wan't to put tier on because of all the choices available.

 

Horizon now gives -10 dexterity which still doesn't help
Guess it's stuck with physalis

 

Really good health for accessories so yeah they do have good bonuses

 

breezehands: -% melee nulls most of the effect
d static: 100 dex req makes it very situational

 

Do you really need tierstack items specifically for fire? There's a few with fire focus, and quite a few more that don't penalize fire and can be used effectively in tri-combos with fire. (now if you want to argue the limited number of chestplates sure)

Breezehands -%s got removed. However, Flashfire does give some lifesteal and health regen.

 

@Selvut283 How does static item work with ingredients and crafted items? If the ingredient gives 2-4 sp, does it just take the 4 sp or in between?

Also, will crafted item with SP fixed on the new update? Because with the current build, the sp doesn't contribute to your actual sp.

 

I'm inclined to think that skill points on crafted items simply won't be static. They're not impactful in the same way as non-crafted items are since their skill points rarely see viability for meeting requirements.

 

Don't they not apply to any reqs like weapon sp?
