I'm honestly kind of stuck on what would be with numbers or ranges in Wynn.. it isn't coords, quests/levels/xp, or items, but is there even anything else?

Hint 22: once you have the one thing out of the range (so talking stage 3 here), you need to change the words a bit (so looking for sort-of synonyms)
Hint 22.5: the episode of the show was a few years ago (dont know exactly when) - its the link to wynn that i was able to make early this year, totally not related to hint 22...

Me neither, I thought it'd be some sort of Ceaser cipher or maybe a strange conversion to Morse and back, but even that would only give one word tops; there's probably some sort of code with a word per 1 or 2 numbers, or the range points towards a sentence.
However, I'm almost convinced that the link to Wynn is an ingredient, as they're technically not items, and it's about the only new thing added in 1.18 that would realistically point towards anything else.
