Build Made In Abyss - Orphanage Tower Implemented

so there's this anime i like and i decided to build the tower thats next to the orphanage that the main character lives in :) (the orphanage was not built by my btw lol)

tried to keep the same style as in the anime, but implement some minecrafty style into it

this is also a test to see if qualey will comment on any build related thing in the "your work" section

 

I really like the style of this build! The curves are really smooth and the tower has a nice shape to it. Only problem would be the weird layer of moss on the roof.

Read the manga, Personally I think its better then the manga.

I think generally you did an alright job but some parts are off, like the part below the roof just look a little bit whacky. I mean when doing a replication from a refrence image its all about proportions. I suggest next time you embark on this type project quickly throw togather a grid on photoshop, or use a ruler and measure each part of the refrence making sure that all proportions are in scale in terms of minecraft blocks.

I always try to reply to all the build related posts in the "Your work" section. :D If I dont reply to a build thread its either that its too boring, so bad that its beyound my abilties to help or I am dead/dying or in court getting sued.
