Are there not enough hints on that part by now? The following steps have had barely any hints given to them besides the basic idea =(.

The range part is or (hopefully)was honestly quite thrilling, i'm just at a loss on what to do with it, i don't see anything in it quite yet...

Yeah well even since that one ive seen people trying arrangements that dont follow that. Plus im running out of hints to give without just telling you one of the stages

 

how about a hint related to the phrase, even if anyone got the right show they would still have thousands of 7 word phrases to choose from.

 

because correctly solving part 1 should give you enough to narrow it down a LOT

If I put as much time lootrunning as I have on this puzzle I think I could've gotten a mythic, but that grimtrap lookin hella nice

 

Considering my luck I doubt i can get done 7k chests in the few hours i have sinked into this.

My problem is that I do believe i have applied all the rules you put out in the most recent steps, and that i have up to 6-8 interpretations of the anwser, merely applying all the rules give me several possibilities, and then leave open another 2-3 ways on how to even approach the "identity" range.
It's like i'm shooting darts over here blindfolded except i'm only 50% sure i'm throwing darts and not bricks, And that I already hit every other customer in the pub except the target. I may just not have the right knowledge for it though.

didnt give a hint last night cause i went to bed early (ill rn, and not like going to bed early actually helped) so ill give one in a bit

 

Ok what should have been yesterdays hint, im going to confirm some theories that are INcorrect

Hint 17: The range does not refer to a quest, or an item. The smaller range within each side though will make it pretty clear if you find that one

 

another hint about the range, please talk about the phrase or show on hint 18

 

That both narrows it down, and makes me question if i'm even playing darts right now.
