heres the same concept but with considerably higher damage, at the cost of lower def/agi. super slow will help you uphold curse along buffing your steals

dump extra sp into agi after ensuring 94 or 105 int

peaceful rest is pretty good for tanky builds since it usually gets good heals (can sub hydro for progno and gaea for anything really)

for a clearly tank-focused build the damage is passable. most well-rounded or damage-focused builds usually want 9-11k spins with better spell sustainability (94/105/129 int, 9+mr)

frankly: insane tank capabilities due to 100 def and agi alone
if the hpr doesnt sustain you in constant battle, vanish and equip aor for a hpr pulse

offensive earth spell (can use gale's freedom tera for more hp and funny dex)

 

in 1.19, pure can spam meteors more than once per second. I want a post update pure build with a lot of mana and int to spam meteors while having some survivability.
Also a live manablast build

if mr isnt enough you have the potential for the very occasional mana steal melee whack
i guess you can use aquarius/stillwater if youre an ele def scrub

Playstyle: Hybrid, if spell has better results I'll use it
Water build. Weapon: Sitis. I want the survivability to be pretty high, but still have at least a decent damage output so I can deal with bosses. No LI, master hive or mythics.
No negative regens. (Maybe some when holding Sitis, but otherwise none).

I made this using very limited budget.

 

no dune storm
never dune storm...
please use any other raw melee helmet over it. shawl of gaea if you can get more skill point-ful accessories, gaze from snowbank, queen's headpiece if you have one with any kind of raw, even stad aer is better than dune storm
