Over here since Peeves just has to be that guy despite being in the UK he likes to give us clues at 12 or 1am so I keep finding myself wanting to sleep but forcing myself to have no sleep just to see that next clue and work out this crazy frustrating puzzle. By this point I just wanna know the answer so I can sleep peacefully at night xd

Hint 10: The numbers in the inital clue, once correctly converted with bases, contain more info than people think. They have an index, and a range. Aka you are looking for a range within a range, then something within that range is what you want (gl getting your head round that)

This can't be right.

I converted the numbers from base 5 to base 10, than the first number to Wynnic because I don't want to do the second number.

 

Okay so I thought about it, and I have these ideas:
Peeves said that the range is smaller than we thought. So I removed the identical numbers, and thus I got 59-64. Seems very much like a level range doesn't it? So then I went to wynndata, searched for the items from lvl59-64 I sorted them alphabetically, and I took the second one. So here comes the problem, if we consider ingredients as well, the second one is: Acidic Solution. Couldn't really find a reference to any tv show with that. if we take only items, then it is "Acrobat", also no tv show has been found. Then I thought, let's filter to legendaries only. Then we get Aerokinesis. The word means airbending as well. So... Avatar? Or I don't know.

 

Is the phrase maybe "I spent ten days naming all 150,000 of them" (i swear i remember this quote being 100,000 , which is why i thought it fit so incredibly well).
