Strati deserves special ID

 

Do you really want Strati prices to go crazy?

 

Every mythic deserves major ID, they are pretty rare and cost a lot so it would be wrong to not give them Major IDs. (Pls give divzer an OP major id that triples storm damage for 20 seconds after shifting and escaping, 10/10 ideaw)

 

That's not the point here, you balance a mythic based on how it performed not based on its prices.....

 

@williamszr98 that’s even more wrong lmao, people are willing to play a lot for it because it’s strong which means it’s not on par with other mythic bows.

Looking at your profile and statistics, you don't even play archer and you ran CIB 28 times on the first character you play. Obviously you need to play the game more to understand the balance.
The reason why strati's price is high is that the supply of it is low and the demand is high, people buy the weapon because it gives an absurd amount of walk speed with not a lot of negative attributes (besides the -hp). To prove this point, strati with terrible walk speed or hp go for around 7- 8 stacks, which is on par with a lot of other mythic weapons, not a lot considering its damage is still better than most of the bows, or even other weapons (consider the time before nerf). Strati is much harder to find than other weapons because of its niche level range it is in, people usually find it from grinding mobs (which is very very rare these days as people like you only run CIB now from 85-100+) or they find it from their daily chests. Even if you want to go and loot run, finding level 99 (+-5) chests, there was the chest nerf which makes higher tier items harder to find compared to before.
Also, I'm here to advocate for a balance change so that strati gets a special ID (or whatever its called) because strati is one of those mythics that have a "personality." Like its counterpart Warp, Warp is a high damage high mobility and after this patch, players are punished less for holding the wand for a long period of time. On top of that, Warp can now teleport spam almost indefinitely (if you alternate between spells to reset mana cost) with its spell cost reduction which makes perfect sense for a weapon with that lore.

 

Are we saying 99% ws is not a major ID? I don't think all of the mythics need a major ID to be more unique than other items, or even other mythics. I think not giving it a major ID makes balancing strati easier / keeps it balanced.

I think you said it yourself, strati already has a personality. I don't think it needs a major ID to attract players because it already has one that does attract players.

 

Warp also have 234% ws, it can also be a personality and didn't need a major ID.

 

Yeah sure, I don’t play archer. But you explained it yourself, whether it’s because of ws or dmg output, it worked all the same. It’s because it’s “good” in some way , SO the price goes up. U kinda messed up the logic. Think a bit before even talking please.

"didn't need a major ID" - doesn't necessarily mean that it got one, and didn't need it, can mean that it didn't get one because it didn't need it. I dont know if it has a major ID or not tho.

 

sure then , explain what makes strati is so expensive and try to beat the logic that it’s expensive because it’s good theory. Don’t act like a baby when you don’t want to admit ur mistake.
