Resource Pack /!\ New Update /!\ Wynnimprovements 2

Hi, i'm Diorlis and i created this pack: "WynnImprovements 2", based on Aws404's WynnImprovements.

This resourcepack is made to work with Wynncraft, the minecraft MMORPG. It isn't an official project, only a fan-made resourcepack. So, let me introduce the resourcepack:


1) What is WynnImprovements 2 ?



This resourcepack is based on aws404's abandoned project: WynnImprovements. Of course, He allowed me to use his content.

This pack adds a lot of textures, like dungeon keys, Quest items, Crafting ingredients, Gathering tools (only pickaxes for the moment) and the original features like better block models or gui improvements. It also features connected and randomized textures and a custom sky. This pack isn't finished yet, i'll update it as soon as possible.
Also, for the persons who have doubts, i asked to @Crunkle on discord if it was authorized to do this for the ingredients, he said yes.

2) How does it work ?


It's based on Optifine features; Cit (custom item textures), custom sky and ctm. So, of course, optifine 1.12.2 is needed. What this pack does is pretty simple: it changes the textures depending of how the item is named.


3) Why "2"

It's due to the fact that my version of the pack takes a different direction because i want to change a lot the visual experience by adding a lot of textures whereas the original pack was "the little things that makes the difference" but i based my pack on aws404's work so it's an other version. Also, i will keep uodating features like the ones who were in the original pack like more textures variations etc...

Well, as i said, i created a new pack but based on aws404 work, it's not 100% from me ^^

 

This is AWESOME!!

I won't be using it for now as it's just starting out and I want to see more added overtime, but this looks very promising.

Well done on the ingredient textures! I look forward to seeing what you make next! Armor plz? :D

I'm currently working on a new update which should be bigger than the latest one (and reworking some old features and texture) i'll do my best to release it asap.

Ok, so i decided to wait until the 1.19 release because some things will change with this update.
(I still working on the project)

 

Gotta be honest from what is now presented in screenshots, I 50/50 like and don't like it
Connected textures, blockmodels, picaxes are great, but keys a lot of those textures in frames are...too different from Wynncraft style and feel.

 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE /!\
1.19 have been released so i created a new class to be sure to do textures for every step of the gameplay.

I already have 30+ textures for the next update of the pack, so i should be able to put 50~70+ textures in the next update.

I think i will re-open this pack one day, but it is a very huge project which takes way more time than my other projects so i don't exactly know when.
