SPOILER Hero Beta Stuff To Test

    Some stuff that may be worth testing in Beta - s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶o̶b̶v̶i̶o̶u̶s̶l̶y̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶d̶o̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶m̶y̶s̶e̶l̶f̶ edit: got grape-bombed, here's a handy list. This is in addition to the new content of course - which people tend to focus on to the exclusion of other stuff.

    - Shaman spell mechanics. Range and damages on each spell, as well as how their side effects function. Also consider trying to come up with some effective spell cycles, plus new spell cycles for the other classes.
    - Cooldown between Arrow Shield successive hits.
    - Mechanics of Uppercut and interaction with other spells.
    - Test melee archer's attack radius.
    - Probably worth retesting all spell multipliers and conversions, because our info looks to have been outdated already.
    - Obtain item information if we don't get a new items changelog. New dungeon items, Fabled items, major IDs (I'll put up a thread specifically for that in the Hero Beta forums section when that's created, so we can determine the mechanics of each major ID specifically). Not to mention all the new Shaman items, of course. Assuming they're pushed to the market in beta, if someone wants to take a video of them trawling through the market list that would be cool.
    - Ingredient pouch size limits, if any

    I'll add to this as needed, please suggest additions in the replies.

    I'm curious to know how and when the player is launched into the air when using Uppercut. If it doesn't need to hit other enemies, the Warrior pretty much has his own version of Escape.

    Based on the gif it looks like the upward jump activates when a mob procs Uppercut.

    I also wonder if xp from level 102-103 will be lowered. I know it's not the 103-104 gap but it's still almost twice as much as 101-102 which means it doesn't fit with the pattern of around a 10% increase per level

    I'm wondering about negative and positive jump height seen in the video where one of the items had -1 jump height. no jump challenge hmmmm

    For warriors new uppercut mechanic, what if instead of crouching stopping you going into the air, it was what made you go into the air? The whole launching into the air mechanic seems very situational, and more often than not I would probably find myself not using it. However, launching into the air to continue a combo does seem very useful, and I think that pressing a button to toggle the launch on would feel a lot better than pressing a button to toggle it off.

    Something else to investigate, the interaction between raw and percent spell cost IDs, and between those two and Intelligence. If anyone is willing to come up with some test cases that would be cool. Using Haul for the test is probably a good idea, since we already know it has a raw modifier on Renda Langit and a percent modifier on Rusted Root.

    I agree on this a lot.
    Plus there are no downsides to holding shift in the air, however, while holding shift on the ground, it lowers movement speed.

    You should add general playability with assassin vanish as well as multihit damages.

    There will be a beta feedback section on the forums with a bunch of stuff about the new content, so if you want to read about the juicy details you can, and if you don't wanna get spoiled you don't have to go into the section.
