Buying Negative Walk-speed Helmet

Looking for a helmet with as much negative walkspeed as possible: I want to be slower than the snails at sky islands, lose a marathon against the gargoyles- be as great in my unmovable presence as the emerald statue behind Kandon-Beda!
For this cursed build, only one piece remains missing- the crown!

It must* (there might be room for slight adjustments) fit my stats:
Strength: 50
Dexterity: 1
Intelligence: 51
Defence: 119
Agility: 1

[Note: my budget is a bit above 2 LE].

Please help me fulfill my dream of becoming the slowest Wynncraft adventurer in history!

Just some information, if you truly want the slowest helmet there is try Svalinn:

Good for defense and regeneration, but lacking on the health department sadly.

If you want something more on your level, I recommend Brocach:

Which has a little less than twice the amount of health as Svalinn but a lot less negative walkspeed. It does give some good melee damage bonuses though.

Then there's an actually viable endgame helmet called the Shawl of Gaea:

This legendary helmet gives you 3.7k health and bonuses to both defense and strength, making it good for a tanky build. Sad thing is: the walk speed penalty isn't all that great, especially compared to Svalinn.

EDIT: just realised that Shawl of Gaea and Brocach don't fit your SP requirements. So I suggest just going with Svalinn then

Put on 2 master hive items and you’ll have like -1000% walk speed

 

My current ws is at -217% but It'S NOt EnOUgH. I neEd MoRE! (Less, but you get it).

Statue are boots, they're a fantastic item that already serve my build well.
