    I'd reconsider the offer. I've got two decent Capricorns; neither satisfies your requirements but they have been recently pricechecked as 20le and 25le-30le.

    The skillpoints are lacking on both of them, and they are very important on capricorn, I dont know who pricechecked them for you , but in my opinion they both arent worth more than 8le right now
