Returning player, haven't played for at least 2 years

Speed mage vs Infinite TP mage

What build is more viable? damage/end game/whats more enjoyable,
also some builds would be nice :)

speed mage is a lot more better than tp mage if you have warp

warp is 1 item and has almost the same ws


if you want an infinite tp mage, slap third eye aquarius ophi memento with hive wand and diamond hydro acessories. ophi is replacable by seipodon (however u spell that one) but ophi has more health


water builds in general are better for mage than air builds because of the raw spell (although morrow, unravel and sagi have a ton of raw spell aswell)

* and +water means more heals but then again agi is op


if you wanna go with the flow just use water mage. although imo mage is not really viable unless you use hive wand or any of the mythic wands

 

..why not both? The average Morrowind build can get almost 100 ws with a few accesory changes whilst still having enough mana for infinite teleports and good damage (https://wynndata.tk/s/54fau0).
Of course, Warp gaming exists as well, but unless you have a Boreal along with it there's not a lot of damage output or (imo) fun to be had.

 

Infinite Teleport is faster.

 

For combat, I'd say infinite tp mage with agility is your best shot, here's a decent tp mage build without mythics: https://wynndata.tk/s/sjo50d (only bad thing is only 23ws)

For speed, a tp mage build is faster than a 300%ws build (or lower), but a 400%ws build is faster than an infinite tp mage. However, a 400%ws build combined with infinite tp is faster than a 400%ws build (https://wynndata.tk/s/9ud8mb) but needs agi pot & mana pot for full effect.

 

Hey bro, so are either of those builds viable for end game grinding and stuff, like do they do enough damage even though its all into walk speed?

 

The first build is viable for combat, damage should be sufficient, but the second one is purely for mobility and isn't viable for combat.
