So I want to get Divzer when I get the money and like 6 months back I made a build for it. Like the title says does it need any improvements?

Only problem I see in this build is that it does quite a lot less melee damage and bit less spell damage, so how is it better? Is it that
you spam more with your build and do more damage at the end? And how will I be able to use mana- and lifesteal effectively if I have super
    slow attack speed?

Intelligence, so it has vastly more spell dps (something like 3-4 times as much). I'm tired of explaining how ms/ls works, go find Madkurre's thread on the subject to find out why slow speeds are better.
