I start flying whichever way we were headed.

 

Heat rises from unconsciousness with a weary arm, stumbling forward as he tries to grab a few fragments from his outer shell that failed to reassemble themselves during the encounter. Calibrating his walking pace with a busted, slightly hunched limp, he mindlessly slots the pieces into his armor in crooked positions and drags the maul along. He follows Althiaos's shadow, unable to look up.

 

Ti'Lin walks up to Heat.
"Want me to help you repair your shell in the morning?"

 

"I would appreciate that. But I would also like to know how I ended up.. on the ground."
He shifts a crooked finger into place.

 

"In all honesty, I did not have an eye on the situation. So.. one of the others probably knows."

"You got hit, probably."

 

“No matter. Still alive. My gratitude to you all.”

 

"I'll fix you up next thing in the morning."

Alth:"Are we going or not?!?"

Althiaos does not hear this as he is a seagull, flying, and generally dumb

 

I sigh, irritated.

"Alright, I'll phrase it in a way you can understand."

"Bird man go to town now."

 

Alth bored of waiting (And seemingly still not hearing you) lands on the cliffside and sits over the edge waiting

 

You continue to the north and east. I'll let you talk a bit more.

 

If someone starts singing "100 bottles of beer on the wall" or any variant, I interrupt, forming the following verse:

Then Alas answers : "Don't worry, Caligo can drink what was spilled. Oh wait."

 

As you weave your way through the dead mountains you eventually find yourself in a grey path cutting through the black dirt. Up ahead smoke rises from a few houses bundled together in the mountains. Two guards await your approach.

 

Ti'Lin:"Aah, Exton. Been a while, hasn't it?"
And I slowly proceed forward on my own, knowing the town a bit already.
