    This isn't the end of it: https://wynndata.tk/cr/396096352 300 dura +1 tier, no req. Couldn't counter the melee penalty unfortunately, but it might be possible with clever use of Major's Badge.

    Yeah, not to ruin everyone's fun but neither of these would actually work in the update. Since durability costs also go up this would still be 1 durability.
