    Hello there, I'm currently trying to appeal my ban. Whenever I type my username into the box, it prompts me with the following:
    "The following error occurred:
    There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans."

    I'm typing in the correct username. Whenever I try to join the server with the account it says I'm banned still.

    same thing happens to me so please can anyone help me as well? my ign is Erufi . have been banned a while ago dont really remember when did I chear or anything but when I try to appeal it says the same
