Tis da bes affordable tcrack build, maybe...
My first post btw..
I intentionally made this build so it doesnt include slayer but still have decent spell and melee damage so you can hybrid all u want
Totally didnt take me 1 week to figure it out

static-charged leggings = slightly more noob water def but also cooler melee

 

Btw replacing silkweb with tesla and then rune and clockwork slapping is kinda cooler

 

@Muchwag with tesla you wouldnt have any hp lol

This build focuses on melee with additional spell damage and cinderchain gives more melee and realistically u wont use the full potential of super fast attack speed either.

Tho as i said above, you wont rly use the full potential of a super fast attack speed with hybrid
