    Hey i complete the quest fate of the fallen but when i have to complete the quest you have to give the theorick powder but i drop the powder! How can i get another powder?

    it doesn't work cause it's not a quest item

    Since it is not a quest item (I agree or you wouldn't be able to drop it), have you tried to go through the quest again to get the powder? This means getting another wand at the bank. Going to time valley. Going back in time. you can skip the cut-scene stuff by going directly to where Theorick is last in the past.
