"No, link my chakram together to form a bola. Why would I stab a god?"

 

Shadow Stephanie strokes Sgavrinn's chest gently, smiling.

 

He hums as he writhes back and forth, eyes closing as he’s pet.

 

Shadow Stephanie keeps petting Sgavrinn, unsure of what else to do.

 

"I just wanted to take a look around the house. Let's look somewhere else."

 

"How many knives, exactly, do you need to do that?"

 

"Exactly six. Eight is preferable, but six is the smallest I can get it without consistently cutting myself."

I'm fine with staying upstairs. Unless we find another snake just laying around. In which case I vote we leave and just sleep outside. I'll take rain over snakes, thanks.

Sgavrinn continues humming in response to being pet, though it's getting neither him nor Shadow Stephanie anywhere.

 

"Right. Well I prefer a warm bed if I can."

 

Shadow Stephanie enjoys the peaceful moment, petting Sgavrinn and letting herself feel calm.

 

"Then take six. But no more than that."

 

Sgavrinn hums quietly, closing his eyes as he stretches his wings.

Scurn switches cloaks, only slipping six knives into his new one.
"There, am I presentable now?" He grumbles.

And I'd prefer being in the rain than a warm bed with snakes. No snakes, no questions asked. Please.

 

Shadow Stephanie keeps petting Sgvarinn for a little while, before she stops, sitting down beside him.

 

He rolls back over and rests his head on her lap, hoping for a bit more attention.

 

Shadow Stephanie smiles, sighing, petting Sgavrinn on the head.

 

Sgavrinn’s quiet hums turn into quiet snores after about another minute of being pet.

 

Shadow Stephanie grows in size and picks Sgavrinn up gently, carefully taking him out into the gardens to rest.

 

How has he slipped the knives in (are the visible, are they in a sheath or just hooked, etc)?

 

Sheathed.

 

Ihra seems to be there, seeming frantic as she tries to take deep breaths and look at flowers.

 

"What's your problem?" Shadow Stephanie asks, changing back to a more normal size.
