Warrior/Knight Help Hero Build

Lf hero build
Need to be:
Tanky (15k hp+ and decent element defences)
Be able to do 10k uppercuts.

mana sustain is kinda POO POO
sustain in general not too hot (can use AoR + HPR spear though)

you can powder with water powders (curse) or thunder powders (generally higher damage) or even both

Ugly elemental defences, but almost 15k hp, just a little below 10k uppercuts but mana sustain switch a rune into coral ring for better elemental defences and 1 more mana

for pure damage you can use the generic air slap for 15.5k uppers and meh defenses. I have soloed li using this with zephra though
