Help!! Stuck In "sandy Scandal" Quest!

Well, I was doing the "Sandy Scandal" quest, and during the "Check wealthy neighbor's house" part, I thought I got stuck. I used an almuj scroll, and I can't get back to the quest area. I've tried retriggering but nothing works. (Some parts of quests/dungeons send you to places tens of thousands of blocks away). This quest is now hard locked AFAIK. I've asked discord peeps but they're... not exactly too helpful. :\

"Find the source of the detonation"

 

To get back, you need to revisit the Witness Report Location II where you "visualize" the words of the report. I don't believe there's another direct way to do this.

 

If possible, it'd be best to try going to the wealthy residence first, and then going back to the second witness report location.
