Coming Back To The Server After A While...

Just wondering if its worth grinding the professions for my main (lv87 archer) or to just continue without bothering to craft etc., because its a LOT of grinding

 

you can if you want, generally weapons and armour are worse if they're crafted, but scrolls, food and potions can be good

 

I think I might just leave it then :P

 

well in end game cases, the strongest crafted items are usually on par or even better than mythics

 

but is it worth the grind it would take to get all my professions up to lv 90-100

 

Get to 102 first then do profs.

 

I dont know how long you've been gone, maybe a year or two, but a lot of the quests have been reworked, theres a questline from 90-94 that if double xp is on will get you really far up to lvl 96 or 97, and there is now Corrupt Cib, minimum lvl 90, which people get dungeon bombs and dxp where you will have like 10-15 people doing one dungeon while you sit in your xp set. if your not high lvl then i recomend Watching a youtuber Shots and his video "A totally not accurate review of grinding 1-103"

 

dxp bombs don't double quest xp.

 

I came back again after a few years, and I started a HIC class! (You choose Hardcore, Ironman and Craftsman when creating a new class.) It's super fun for a challenge, and it makes crafting actually worth it, because I feel like I'd probably never bother with starting crafting from scratch on my old main... in fact, I dunno if I'd ever bother with crafting at all which I can use ID'd items - which kinda makes crafting a waste. And crafting is actually super fun!
