Creeper Mask Issue

as you can see even though I have the creeper mask equiped it still says that I cant enter that area.

I have tried reloading and re logging and it still wont work.

 

Try to put it on without shift-clicking it into the slot, sometimes that messes it up.

 

It still does not work.

 

Check your questbook. If the quest is still on the previous stages you cant pass through it

im using the mask that I got from my mage account is that bad?

 

Although you have the mask, the quest won't let you go in if you didn't do the creeper infiltration quest
