In general, which Steamjet Walkers is better?

The 30% Spell damage also has higher damages in other areas. I'd suggest it.
The other one does have good walkspeed, but if you want walkspeed, Steamjet isn't the best.

Though soon it will be reworked so it won't matter that much

While the second one suffers in dmg, the extra agi might be a necessity in some skillpoint tight builds.

My build isn't so 'skill point tight' (considering it also has an extra 10 skill points). Thanks, brokenmotor. :>

The second one is good for a Speed build but to dealt damages , the first one is better !
