The pedestal knocks you back with a wave of energy.

    "ACCESS DENIED

    TRANSLATOR REQUIRED"

booms a voice in the chamber.

    "DISPLAYING TRANSLATOR"

the vision of the mysterious book from the library glows brighter

Six giant obelisks line the path to the tomb on each side, each of them with a purply-blue ice flame sputtering from the top. In the distance is a windy staircase to the roof of the tomb.

    [INVESTIGATE OBELISKS]
    [INVESTIGATE STAIRCASE]

The familiar bed is warm and comfortable.

In the distance, the tomb of Nakath Magal tries to tempt you. Draw you closer.

You decide not to go then, and go to sleep.

    [NO DREAM]
    [DREAM ANDRO]
    [DREAM TOMB]

The ornate vault doors have no choice but to bend to your will as you force them open with your dark, telekinetic might.

There are many pedestals inside , but four catch your eye.

One holds a shiny, golden-bronze orb made of complex wheels, gears, and fine metal strings.
Another holds a tome with blood leaking out of it.
Another holds a small gem decorated on the outside with intricate, ornate platinum and gold patterns on the outside, held on a necklace.
The last holds many little pearls, with a thousand storms raging inside of them.

    [ORB]
    [TOME]
    [GEM]
    [PEARLS]

    "Everything. Hands up."

    [GIVE BANDITS VALUABLES]
    [FLEE]
    [FIGHT]

Twelve pillars line the path to the tomb. Your body is in the air, spectating the events below. Snow billows across the tundra.

The mysterious book from the library flies out of your robes, pulling you behind it. It lands squarely in the pedestal at the end of the first chamber. The walls begin to shift.

A warm presence glows outside the tomb. A cold one stirs in the tomb. Ancient. Yet familiar. Another one, stranger yet, tingles in the mountains near Brap, far from here. All of them - all of them are so different, so distinct. and yet the same. The same leviathan of power.

Your gaze and focus is pulled back to the book on the stone pedestal, the lectern - the words finally beginning to make sense, to appear solid, and not just abstract shapes of ink bouncing around on the pages, waxing and waning, the words glow bright, and the tomb shakes with power.

    Yes.
What does that have to do with anything? The central principle of all magic is that it is antithetical to order via using Binding as fuel.

Oh, and the idea is that the mirage of the book on the lectern is the same as the mysterious book in Darian's library FYI.

So if it isn't obvious yet; the idea is that the actual book placed in the lectern serves as the translator. As Darian has the book, he needs to bring it to the tomb and put it in place to activate the lectern, the [REDACTED] magical device, and the tomb's features itself.

Lmao, I read the explanations expecting explantations to the magic system. Oops.
In that case, can you explain your magic system? (But in simpler words please, my english is no where near good. :/)
If nothing happens, backtrack and explore the other corridors.

    Minecraft:
Within Androzaan, the soul is comprise of three (arguably four) components:
    Will,
    Body,
    Lesser Soul,

    and lastly,

    Binding.

Will is connected to mind and intelligence, Body is the physical manifestation of a Soul, and Lesser Soul is the personality of a person. Binding combines the three other parts into one cohesive Soul.

Every Soul has a different presence in the Energy Plane, but that's more advanced knowledge.
Regardless, every object has some amount of soul in it. Specifically, Binding. Living things contain more soul than anything else. As magic is directly opposed to the natural order and is a servant of entropy, and it requires fuel, the fuel is the Binding - which is what permeates the universe, allowing reality to exist (think of it like the Force from Star Wars: omnipresent, omnipotent, and necessary to maintain the order of reality)

When any magic is performed, Binding is burnt or spent as fuel. Insignificant acts of magic, such as moving small objects spend a negligible amount of Binding. More demanding tasks, such as summoning lightning from the sky, or setting swathes of land on fire, will use up more and more Binding as fuel.

The Binding used to fuel magic can come from anywhere, but by default will drain the person casting the magic. By attaching an object to yourself, your Soul, and by extension (Soulbound objects) - your Binding, you can redirect the source to be from said object. However, destroying this object will nearly destroy the person it is attached too without additional protections, and cause significant pain to them.

Using too much of your own Binding comes at a cost - a phenomena known as Unraveling. Without the three parts of the soul being bound together, they - and by extension, you - move closer towards Oblivion, towards entropy. Without soul Binding, the three parts become 'unbound', and the body and mind deteriorate. At first, the exterior skin will begin to warp and crack, then wrinkles will begin to appear and a graying of the skin, a blackening or reddening around the eyes, as well as yellowish eyes, then tooth decay, until, finally, the Body of the soul is nearly completely gone or fully gone when taken to the extreme. Some magic users are sometimes so split between the physical and energy realms that they are known to be able to pass through walls, and objects simply phase through them. Without proper shielding, extreme mental warping can occur as well. Auditory hallucinations tend to be one of the first symptoms, followed by visual and olfactory hallucinations, then quickly ramping up to insanity, mania, paranoia, dementia, and symptoms reminiscent of Alzheimers and similar neurodegenerative diseases.

Ghostcalling is an advanced form of Soulbinding (see above for Soulbound objects) where rather than binding an object to yourself, you bind a Ghost's power.

The corridors appear to be blocked off by rubble.

The tome's pages are laced with blood that moves across the page. The blood appears to draw an image from someone's eyesight in their blood. Curious, you spit your wrist and allow only a single drop of blood to hit the page. Now, the blood on the tome appears to draw your point of view, as well as your name, title, and location. It may be useful to track adversaries.
