Okay so this new update is gonna kill me since nearly all of my builds won’t work plz halp

Preferences: okie so uh For the bows either gales force or torrential tide (idk if that’s how you spell it but pew) I want this class for wars so if you think that other bows are ya know better than you can change it around a bit but I heard that they were friggin great so yeah feel free to change em if you feel like there’s a better bow out there.

Restrictions: beta, no mythics and li please (everything else is fine)

hmm, yes, that is correct and im a fool
here's one you can actually use (quite the drop in dps but keep in mind this is using 1 less master hive items)

nothing wrong with gale's force or ttide as your weapon but in wars, something that really helps out is staying alive. that can be made much easier by using life steal, which is particularly good in war-like situations with lots of mobs

so basically you could get stylish as fuck and use stinger in wars, as super slow melee triggers life/mana steal with about a 50% chance per mob hit (transfers over to quakes so every mob you hit with it has a 50% chance to heal you 1k hp)
the bomb damage does look a lot lower than in the other builds but factor in the 5k poison (another great stat to have in wars due to mob density) and hey thats actually higher (not that the spell dps still reaches as high as the other ones due to lower mana and int but thats compensated by melee dps)

Restrictions: Beta, can’t get mythic yet but I’m planning on getting Ignis so it has to be able to use that eventually.

Yeah sorry I don’t really know much about how to make builds or what works best. I do really want a fire archer though so what would you recommend?

 

well if youre going for a WFA archer, you should just opt for a regular mana regen spell build

using fire and air in your build pretty much means youre going for tankiness over damage, so if you'd rather deal some decent dps i'd suggest going for like EWF or TWF instead of adding air

here's a black
with 2 mana spins you can pretty much upkeep your stunlock with natural mana regen, given you reset the exhaustion with some other spell once ms procs

here's another black with focus on melee damage. spells are really only in a supporting role here so i would suggest using mana-costly spells like multihit or smoke bomb with consideration

high agi + decent-size health pool so you shouldnt instantly die to anything
would recommend taking some wand of any other element (requiem, bonder) in case you bump into someone with high elemental resistance from air
