The Tomb of Nakath Magal, Chapter 3, Section 2, Day 16 of the month of Markar in the year one-hundred and ninety-two of the 6th era

Carvings and texts within the tomb:


"And yet, some dark force from beyond the stars manipulates affairs for the worse, both mortal and divine. The stars are going out, one by one."

It was, for a long time suspected that this force may be the legions of the dark God Rakatok-worldkiller, but this kind of monumental, monolithic change taking place over centuries seems to be out of character for the harsher, direct actions of Rakatok-worldkiller which have swift consequence for the mortal and divine planes. The previous quote was a direct translation of a proto-Androzaanika language commonly referred to as Ancient Androzaanika text carved into an especially well hidden chamber in the ancient tomb of Nakath Magal, famed Mallakar emperor, mage, and scholar during the Golden Age of the Mallakar States in the southern edge of the Mindoraani tundras from eight hundred and sixty-two years ago. The rest of the carvings are currently being translated under the permission of the Mindoraani Union's Kathak province, ruled by the seat of power in Mindoraan. However, the tomb has been vitiated by frost damage and residual energy from the disastrous force-summoning of Noxkii.



- The final words of Morak Kiin, Mallakar scholar, who was found dead in his office the day after his final words. His skin was covered in strange black markings that were clearly written in Ancient Androzaanika which changed messages. These messages have yet to be translated, even to the modern day.

 

Should I just start the RP with the two characters that I already have or wait for everyone to finish?

The Tomb of Nakath Magal, Chapter 3, Section 5, Day 7 of the month of Maffaiaak in the year one-hundred and ninety-three of the 6th era

Carvings and texts within the tomb:

They then explode in a brilliance of light, followed by a throbbing boom and whispers of incantations fluttering through the air."

The previous quote was a direct translation of a carving in the tomb of Nakath Magal, an expansion of the quote cited from Chapter 3, Volume 2, written by Morak Kiin before his tragic, mysterious death in his office. Because of his death, the responsibility of finishing this volume falls to me. It is suspected that, in some sense, the text is cursed in some way as it has lead to his death. That aside, the text itself is a recording of some of the final thoughts of Nakath Magal, who had gained some sense of omniscience after being stuck during the firing of the Soul Cavern weapon fired and developed by the Θaklaan vampire tribe in 164 of the 3rd era during a brief trip through time. It is suspected that due to the nature of the Soul Cavern's design, the nature of vampires, and the fact that Nakath Magal was in close proximity to the weapon at it's prime, and the way that the stars are destroyed are reminiscent of Soul Bind, Soul Dominate, Soul Steal, Will Bind, Will Dominate, or Will Steal, that the stars may be destroyed using some kind of soul magic. Another theory is that because of the firing involved spatial manipulation, reality manipulation, and spatial warping on an unimaginable, massive scale, that some amount of this power is somehow moving the stars, either to another plane of existence, out of view, or placing them out of sync with the rest of the universe.

- The final words of Tulak Ind, who died nearly identically to the man he was apprentice to, Morak Kiin, under the same mysterious circumstances.

I have a question. Will we all start in the same city/town/region or just where we said we live in our app?

 

Where you said you live. You will shortly make your way to different cities depending on which side of the continent you live in: Those in the western hemisphere will make their way to Lampor, those in the east (excepting the Mindoraani Union) will make their way to Mallakar, and those in the Mindoraani Union will make their way to Mindoraan.

 

So basically I'd stay where i am?

 

Basically, yes - however you will be doing a lot more - Mallakar is a big city oh and its home to the most powerful political body in the entire world with some of the mightiest warriors and finest mages and also the seat to the eternal throne but thats all minor
