Why are low level build requests popping up so frequently and abundantly all of a sudden...

I would do all the quests at your level, then get to ~lvl 40 and then use hashr claw from SST with 2 t5 thunders then profit. It deals UUGE amts of thunder damage.

The photo is just the signature, not critical to the post.

I'd use Almuj's Daggers or if that's too rare then Ocelot Claw or Nymeria until you can beat the Sand Swept Tomb (Dungeon) a couple of times (like above) and then use Hashr's Claw (from the merchant)

As for armor/Accessories, accessories don't matter that much, so I'd try to focus on armor with Dexterity requirements that aren't all too rare (you'll likely end up moving on from that armor piece after a short amount of time, making it not worth the effort to find a rare armor or accessory piece until higher levels). I'd also try to throw a bit of Mana Regen or Mana Steal in there.

For skill points, assign enough skill points to equip all of your armor (if you can't equip all of it, try to replace one of the pieces with higher requirements), then hit as much intelligence as you can in order to make spells cheaper.
