I've been dusting off the shelves in my enderchest, trying to make some space and what not and stumbled upon this staff, King of Hearts. Now, the stats are absolutely ridi- no, scratch that, I don't even know what they are or what to call them, they just are.
Could some wise soul make sense of this staff and what its purpose is? Does it have a purpose? How did it come into existence? Do people use this?

No, seriously. Does anyone out there use this in their builds? What do you do with it? Poke guardsmen when they aren't looking your way?

(Also, sorry if this is in the wrong section, it seemed more like "general chit-chat" than anything else.)

    Sincerely,
    A bewildered Archer main.

It's a support wand. Basically, you're meant to use it to heal yourself and your friends for more health than usual, but you can't do damage to your foes.

Ah, thank you. May I ask what stat makes it heal more than the other staffs? The health regen? (I haven't really played as anything else than archer, so I'm kinda clueless, sorry :P )

Although the health regen can help a bit, the most important identifications are water damage and health. 'damage' calculations for Heal are based off of water damage, your health, and (if applicable) someone else's health.
If Wynndata's given Heal calculations are right, it should by calculated by (Full Health/10) + (Full Health/10) × (Water Damage/2/100), with full health being the average health between to players when healing someone else. So if you want to get big heals, go for health and water damage, which this wand has a lot of.
If you have other questions, be sure to ask them in the right subforum for quicker and better responses.
