    Hello, I'm pretty sure this is not the right place to put this but I sent two emails to the email listed on the store 5 days ago because I did not receive the rank I bought from the store but I have not gotten a reply yet. Can a staff member please contact me to help fix this problem.
    P.S I'm sorry for posting this on the forums but I don't know how else to get in contact if wynncraft isn't receiving my emails.

    Support is checked about once per week or so. I can look it up though, what's your username?

    The problem was I bought it under the wrong username, I bought the rank under "BozoTheClown" but my actual username is "BozoTheClwon"
