City Teleport Scrolls Not Working

    So, since I joined Wynncraft I haven't been able to activate my city teleport scrolls. I've tried right-clicking and holding shift and right-clicking but nothing seems to work. I have enough soul points too. Could someone help me with this?

    You have to click them in the air, clicking while in reach of a block causes them to not work.
