Assassin/Ninja Help Water Build Help

So I recently made a water dagger since I was getting bored with my earth weapon. I think it's pretty dope, but I can't seem to make a great build for it. let me know what you guys think would work well. I only have a few req's: No -lifesteal or -hpr / at least 10/4 mana REGEN / at least 10k health. other than that, go ahead. Thanks in advance!

Personally id build this with soulflare as you can really abuse the lifesteal on it while maintaining high damage

sine vs memetoes basically mana regen vs extra damage and better defenses

in terms of damage i couldn't really push this past about 10.8k with viable defenses and full glass cannon to about 11.3k
