    Main issue is I can't find anything that seems to lower the sp enough to use the build.
    If you'd like to help me make this better, then have fun.

    I'm sure there are better rings/necklace/bracelet to use but I can't seem to find the correct ones xP

    still sp tight oof
    can use DOWNFALLS for ultimate meme (+damage, ws, -a significant amount of tank)
