The build isn't perfectly optimized, and there's a lot of LI slap and meta items in there. When I made the build, all I wanted was to have as much DPS as possible. For bracelets, I chose Atlas to take advantage of the lifesteal and manasteal on Divzer, granting me excellent long-term survivability without the need for a single HP pot. Before it was added, I used Diamond Static Bracelet.

The best way to build Divzer IMO is to max out the DPS capabilities. By killing things fast, it ultimately gives you the most survivability. This video demonstrates the capabilities of this build I've used for a super long time. If there's a lot of interest in it, I might try and fail to record a full LI run with it.
