Assassin/Ninja Decent Spell-spamming/water Build

Ok so I've been using this build on an assassin character for a little while now, and its pretty good. To spare you the iffy bits:

• 21/4s mr
• 540 hr
• 11650 health
• high water DMG/def
• Not a crazy high spell dmg, but it is a spell spam build so idc
• Armour and accessories can be used with any class some good weapons for other classes are tide binder(warrior), return to ether(archer), and bonder(mage)
• NO MYTHICS!!!

A couple of substitutions since some of the items are difficult to get/require quests:

• Coral ring still requires hive but not completion, otherwise Summa is good, tho it knocks down hr a bit
• Squid anklet is a good replacement for sacrementalia, for if that negative spell dmg is not wanted. it is also easy to find, being unique.
• Bc contrast requires completion of the qira hive, adder stone and charm of the tides are good replacements, although charm of the tides does have some negative dmg
• And river flow are some really good mana/water boots for a replacement to memento, I chose memento for the spell dmg.

Wow. This is the first time I've ever seen someone seriously use Marsh Waders in a build.

Sorry, but your build is pretty bad, even for spell Ivory.

 

I mean if you got tier 6 concentration stacking it could maybe do mediocre damage if the weapon where actually water. The issue here is just that you lack any damage identifications on your armor (and use a nonspell weapon) at the cost of Mana which doesn't work at all.

I'd recommend using items such as aquarius and other strong spell armors as well as using a weapon that is actually good (yeah FYI ivory kinda sucks) like black or sitis.

 

I'll try to give some useful feedback, although I'm confused as to what this build's supposed to do.
-you'll never need that much mana regen, 10-14 mr is usually enough to keep enough mana for spellcycles.
-your weapon has no powders
-your damage % boosters are quite low and also on the wrong element (did you intend to use Sitis?)
-usage of Seagazer instead of Dreamcloud/Conduit of Spirit/quite a few other mana boosters
-usage of Marsh Waders instead of Elder Oak Roots
You do get bonus points for using Sacramentalia though (even though it's pretty useless for air).
Ivory also has very low damages, and air-powdered Slider, Shard of Sky or air-powdered Hive Infused Dagger are usually better choices.

Thx for all ur feedback on the build. Some of my main reasons for using the gear I used:

• I built this originally at lvl 80 something, so I slowly added to it over time as I completed more quests.
• At the time, a decent aquarius was selling for like 12-15 le and I had just spent a lot of my money on horse breeding and putting together a ws build.
• Couldn't find a lot of better gear and it wasn't being sold on the market.

I will def take all of ur suggestions into account and redesign the build to be better

swap MPC and Gold Hydro Ring to Yang imo.

 

The updated build is a lot better, but you still have more mana regen than necessary; I'd change one of the items with mana regen to something with a lot of water damage or spell damage.
Also, you should just change your weapon powders to full T6 water; you don't have any air damage, and the air powder special isn't even good. I'm getting the feeling you want a water/air weapon, so maybe take a look at powdering Infused Hive dagger, water-powdered Silver or Rewind.

 

You and I have very different definitions for "decent"
