    There isn't any real best. It entirely depends on how you incorporate it into a build. A lvl 70 Ethereal could be better than say, a lvl 98 Cascade if used properly in a build.

    In general, Nepta Floodbringer, Morrowind, Judas and Hive Infused Wand are considered 'the best' wands, but most legendary and rare high-level wands are usable in some degree for an endgame build.
    this belongs in either questions or class builds btw, pls rember next time

    The best end game wand is the wand you spend thousands of hours loot running chests and be disappointed in the end because you realize mage is so shite and swap to archer instead.

    Cascade is the best mythic wand because of its insane damage and e[pic walklespeed, it provies excccelent covrage of all za elements (lik air hahaha)

    cascade is very stron, buy all 6 of mine pls ssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
