Dude you can make ez 20% ws rings with 5 feather of grace + lunar charm. Both ingredients are pretty cheap, and easy to find.

 

Wings of grace sell for like an eb each, and a lunar charm will cost like 20eb (https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/bought-for-now.248181/), which is over 7 times more expensive than what I am selling. Thank you for the recipe though, I may look into finding some of those

 

I'll take a bracelet, but i need it to be between lvls 20 and 35 and I'll throw in an extra eb for your troubles.

 

Or you can craft your own for 0 emeralds, just get 6 forest web from nivla forest and make a ring/bracelet with all of them in no specific order
