    hi everyone not sure if this is the place to do it but im looking for help regarding the vip+ rank that i bought yesterday,it said it would take 10-15 minutes but its been almost 24 hours and im wondering if theres anything that can be done other than mailing the support email which i have already done

    Check to see if you got a receipt from PayPal, and that the transaction actually happened. Otherwise, wait for support to respond.
