About DPS, it's absolutely essential. As long as you have it, you are carry-able and bulk or anything else matters much less. If you're not already lv100, then get there first. If the problem is that you don't have a good build, then ask somebody on forums for a suggestion (I recommend Madkurre XD).

If it's applicable to whoever is carrying you, ask them to leave a curse on Qira's final form for you; this increases her damage taken by 210% for several seconds and helps you get enough damage onto her for kill credit.
