War Of Provinces [dead]

As you look for a cave, some elves look at you with disappointment. You try to ignore them.

You venture into a deep cave to meditate. Although you can't help but notice how many giant mushrooms exist in the cave, you sit down and try to meditate. As you are a couple minutes into deep focus, a small figure interrupts you.

"Hey! My name's Psilo IV. And are you here to look for mushrooms? No? You see... I was wishing for a human to come into our village here and help us with something." The gnome gestures towards a giant mushroom. "You see... we are small, you know that. So we don't have the strength to climb up that big mushroom. There is a small fruit that grows on the top of it, would you like to help retrieve it?"

"Uh.. heh heh! You know, you can stop with violence, I mean harm! I mean, I mean no harm!" The savage pirate starts to flee!

You are at full HP already.
The head commander stands atop a crumbling tower and holds a loudspeaker.

"Attention, all Corkian armies! I am Asner, descendant of the great Rensa! Surely, you must know that." Corkian soldiers around you groan jokingly. "Anyway, we won, as you must know, and please march to the docks of Gavel so we can fly back to Corkus and dab on them haters!" The soldiers look confused, as if Asner was speaking some futuristic language. "Uh... I mean, we can return home and celebrate!" The crowd of soldiers erupt in cheer, and start marching toward the docks.

"Ha! I knew that. It'll come at a very hefty price, Selcharian. 4x Golden Fish. Don't know what those are? I bet if you ask around, you'll figure where to get 'em."

Chase him

 

"Yeah sure, kind of need to get my mind off of something"

 

"Well, I'm going to ask you now. Do you know where to find them?"

 

The destroyed Llevigar is kinda dangerous, with all the falling quartz pillars, but you find a variety of materials. You loot 2x Thin Iron Slab (+1 HP) and Quartzite Hammer (+4 AS). As another pillar is about to tumble upon you, you decide to flee to the docks.

Tsu has 24/26 HP and 78.6 AS.

It's a short chase, and he eventually falls into a small ravine. You and your army have him surrounded. He can't escape now...

Psilo IV slightly frowns and then nods in agreement.

You continue meditating, but instead of finding yourself in your own subconscious universe, you travel to a universe that seems... hellish.

"Uh... would you believe me if I said I dun' know? I jus' heard they're really rare, and I'd like to get my hands on 'em. Maybe... you can ask a skilled fisherman?"

 

i think you miss understood me, i wanted to help him that's what the yeah sure was. but whatever can we say that i said that I'd do it after I'm done meditating?

''What is this place?'' I walk around the hellish landscape seeing if there is anything that seems out of place

 

Oh, i thought that's what you meant...

You walk around this netherworld-like place. You start to recognize some structures of the Light Forest, like the Arch, but it glows with a deep sense of darkness. You travel north (or what seems like north) and you run into... Efilim? Most of the trees are fallen or sulking, and the elves do not radiate with the brightness they usually have. A very old man with one red eye interrupts you.

"You must be Horrid Hellbeast Sage, right? I'm Likeru VI..."

 

"I guess that nane will do, what is this place?"

 

"Your a terrible spy you know." Have one guard look around to make sure nothings up

 

Now, I march back to Nemract and ask for a boat I wanted

 

"Efilim, Year 1500. It was cursed by the slaying of the Holy Spirit of Light, why, a couple decades ago. The legend says that a soldier who went by the name of Blue Battle Sage was at fault for this..."

A guard searches the spy for any materials. "U-uh.. I'm hiding nothing! No nothing!" Suddenly, his tone changes to one of more bravery and somewhat evil. "You'll never win this battle H0B0Y." He pulls out a small dagger.

For the completion of the march, you gain +3 AS.

You ask any merchants who might be selling boats. Sadly, Nemract is in a drunken phase, and the price for just one wood boat is 90 Liquid Emerald. However, one tells you that you can craft your own boat out of 2x Stick and 4x Wood.

Jellybean 2007 has 28/28 HP and 31 AS.

 

harvest some nearby trees, to get wood and sticks. (Also replant saplings because Eco-friendly)

 

"The spirit was keeping all this at bay?! Shit, is there anything that can save Efilim?"

 

Use the guards to take him down.

 

Your soldiers and conscripts hack away at some willows to harvest 6x Wood. Soldiers craft 2x Wood into 2x Stick, while you replant all the saplings you harvested.

You return to the town and find a crafting table. There, you make a nice wooden boat.

Jellybean 2007 has 28/28 HP and 31 AS, and has acquired Wooden Boat.

"I don't know if you misunderstood me, sir, but the spirit is long dead, and its death is the catastrophe. But... I do appreciate your help, but... sadly, time cannot be reversed. If only one could travel back in time to 1400 AP and perhaps fix this..."

Zhight Spy has 40/40 HP and 4 AS.

Your guards shove a sword into the spy's chest. He yelps in pain. (23 damage)

The spy charges towards you and slashes your wrists with his dagger. (-4 HP)

Another guard drives a spear into the spy's arm. He yells out a cry of death. (19 damage)

"ugh... you may have killed me... but Master Dennatur will come to get you..."

You gain +4 AS as xp.

Hoyoboy has 5/25 HP and 23 AS.

 

"And if one could. How would they fix this?"

 

"... Perhaps by healing the Spirit. Perhaps making the Spirit... whole again?"

 

Find a place to rest and regain HP

 

"And how would one do that?"
