Are These The Worst Tier 4 Chests?

Are these two tier 4 chests the worst in the game?

coords: 1688, -5493

Not saying that the loot I got here was the worst tier 4 loot in the game, this is actually some of the best loot I have gotten from these two tier 4 chests to date (one rare). However, in general the loot you get from both these chests is terrible (for me anyway). Normal tier 4 chests seem to be filled with loot but these act more like tier 2 chests.

Do you get bad loot from these chests?

 

except loot depends on how long that chest has been there, so if it's a brand new chest on a brand new server, of course the loot is bad.
conclusion: put these at the end of your loot run, you'll get better loot.
