had me confused there for a moment

 

actually, 300% health regen (using stuff like nether's scar) makes the original negative 84k health regen go to positive twice that amount (-100% (which is how negative health regen is considered with calculations) +300% makes 200%), meaning you end up with 84k x 2 = 168k health regen, with a little bit extra % makes 170k health regen.
that is, if wynndata isn't lying to us
