    I probably should be the one deciding this on my own, but I want to know other people's opinions. I've been deciding on doing a spell spam or speed build for my archer (currently lvl. 92 and NOT endgame build).

    Currently 60% including armor and weapon.

    You could always ask for a Gale's Force build, which usually has quite a bit to a lot of walk speed, depending on how much you want.
