Archer/Hunter Builds W/ Qira Hive Bow + Powders?

what's the best build you can make with the hive bow and powders? looking for high ws, high mana regen

 

@Druser 's gale's build, but modified (works better with gale's force imo)

why shackle of shade / detectives ring? can't you replace those with ws / mana regen rings?

 

detective's ring is needed to hit 129 int (you can't assign more than 100 intelligence, so you need at least 29 "bonus" intelligence from armor/weapons/accessories, and detective's ring is what lets you do that.

you can replace shackle of shade though (tear of pirate cove/sacramentalia = mana, follow the wind = walk speed), i just like my elemental defenses not too low (but you should be fine even with the -fire and -thunder, as you have a ton of agility)
