    This is the dumbest question I'll ever be asking, but what should I do with the hair that Nakoba gave me from the quest From the Bottom.

    It's just normal troll hair, with no differences from all the other troll hair you've seen on your adventures. The item is meant to represent the bartering system of the dwarves: you got the hair in exchange for the Horn of Entia.
