Fastest Way To Get From Level 99-100?

No more quests. Whats the fastest way to get to 100 from 99 without CIB?

 

Dragonling cave grinding, parties for it aren't too common but I still see them every once in a while.
If you want to do it without parties entirely, Dragonling Cave is probably still the best option, although the spawn rates are a lot worse without totems.

Doing the Corrupted Sand dungeon around 10 times should do the trick!
