    Ok, so I gave the crushed soul to Kelight for TOTL, and /fixquests isn't giving it back. Do I actually need the soul for the Bob's Lost Soul quest? I haven't finished it because I have no friends.

    You can enter the tomb immediatly after you get the soul, the soul is just an extra item. It's not needed to enter the tomb.
