I activate Radiant Soul. A golden radiance begins to emanate from me. My eyes begin to glow and golden wings sprout from my back.

The Oblivion fiend catches the arrow in its mouth crushing it with an easy snap of its jaw, a pained smile grows on its face. (Miss)

The infernal behemoth lifts the broadsword up and out of the wooden floor now turned streaks of void and ash. Only one mouth, the Oblivion's, opens but surely your ears must deceive you when you hear millions of other screams echo off the inn's walls. No, only the behemoth releases the booming roar of lost souls from the deepest crevices of its flaming lungs..
Yet, those souls, those lives, scream in a harmonious exasperation. They arere desperately searching for an escape from this prison, resisting all evil but subject to its shackles for eternity. Their desperate howls are of agonizing defiance, hopelessness to the core of their non-being.

After the initial near-deafening noise, an aftershock of energy displaces all the objects on top of the inn restaurant's tables like an explosion. Glasses and plates shatter and scatter while utensils stick into walls with the excessive force from the roar. This includes the tablecloths, which fly apart and off the tables. The inn walls creak violently.

Then, the hellish creature lunges forward, slamming the pulsing broadsword down and into Ordon's chest.

After that, the Oblivion leaps, extends its burning wings, and hovers in the air 5 feet above the ground.

Second: As the broadsword is drawn out of your armor and mechanical body, a glowing red chain slithers out from the cut and wraps itself around your neck. It is drawn to and connects to the Oblivion's hilt.
You can feel its heartbeat as your own. Or rather, is your heartbeat its own now?

For what it's worth, the area where Entangle was placed is considered difficult terrain regardless of whether he passed the save on it or not.

EDIT: Changing the DC to 10. This applies retroactively, so anyone currently frightened but who would have passed the save are no longer frightened. This DC applies to repeating the saving throw at the end of your turn as well.

Noted, but that doesn't change its movement this turn.

I run up to him and jump, combining a Shove and a Grapple attempt into one fluid motion as I try to grab his wing.
